From I-91 traveling either North or South:
Take I-91 to Exit 28 (Route 15 South/Wethersfield). Then take the first exit off Route 15 South, which is Route 99/Wethersfield. At the end of the ramp, move over immediately to the left lane. At light, make a left onto Jordan Lane. 30 Jordan Lane is the three-story brick office building in the middle of the block.

From West:
Take I-84 East to Hartford. Take I-91 to Exit 28 (Route 15 South/Wethersfield). Then take the first exit off Route 15 South, which is Route 99/ Wethersfield. At the end of the ramp, move over immediately to the left lane. At light, make a left onto Jordan Lane. 30 Jordan Lane is the three-story brick office building in the middle of the block on your left.

From East:
Take I-84 West. Approaching Hartford, follow signs for the Charter Oak Bridge/Route15 South. After bridge, bear left onto Route 15 South. Then take the first exit off Route 15 South, which is Route 99/ Wethersfield. At the end of the ramp, move over immediately to the left lane. At light, make a left onto Jordan Lane. 30 Jordan Lane is the three-story brick office building in the middle of the block on your left.

 

The Legislative Office Building

 

Traveling on I-84 East
Take Exit 48, Capitol Avenue, get into the right lane of the exit ramp. At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Capitol Avenue. Take the first right past the L.O.B., proceed to the back of the garage and take a right to enter the garage using the right hand lane.

Traveling on I-84 West

Take Exit 48, towards Asylum Street. Turn right at the traffic light onto Asylum Avenue, then immediately take the left fork which is Farmington Avenue. Turn left onto Broad Street, immediately after the State Armory building take the first left and then another left at the end of the short access road. Follow this road around the garage to the back and take a right to enter the garage using the right hand lane.

Traveling on I-91 North or South
Take Exit 29A, Capitol Avenue, follow the highway along to Pulaski Circle, go half way around the circle and exit to the right onto Elm Street. Take a left onto Trinity St. At the first traffic light take a right onto Capitol Ave. Go past the Capitol building and the I-84 entrance ramp, all on your right. Take the first right past the L.O.B., proceed to the back of the garage and take a right to enter the garage using the right hand lane.

L.O.B Parking Tips
Limited public parking is available on the first floor of the parking garage. There is an enclosed foot bridge to the L.O.B. at the roof level. However, the garage is often full.
Free street parking may sometimes be found in the area. Try the local streets on the other side of Capitol Avenue from the L.O.B. A private parking garage with hourly rates is located at 21 Oak Street—under the white office building just across Capitol Avenue from the L.O.B.

 

 

The Lyceum
227 Lawrence Street, Hartford

 

Traveling 84 East (toward Boston):

I-84 East to exit 48B Capitol Ave. Take a Right at the end of the exit onto Capitol Ave. Follow Capitol Ave. to the 3rd traffic light. Take a Left onto Lawrence Street. The Lyceum is about half way down the first block on the right side. It is a large, brick three-story building.

Traveling 84 West (toward Hartford/Waterbury):

I-84 West to exit 48 (Asylum Ave). Take a wide Right turn off of exit onto Asylum Ave. Immediately bear Left onto Farmington Avenue. Follow Farmington Ave. to the second light. Take a Left onto Flower Street. Follow to Capitol Ave. Go Straight across Capitol Ave. onto Lawrence Street. The Lyceum is about half way down the first block on the right side. It is a large, brick three-story building.

Traveling 91 South (toward New Haven):
I-91 South to I-84 West. Follow directions from I-84 West above.

Traveling 91 North (toward Windsor Locks):
I-91 North to I-84 West. Follow directions from I-84 West above.
